I checked coat pockets, around where I was sitting cause I was only at two machines anyway so that was easy. Play for literally 10 minutes my I looked in my bag for my wallet and could not find it. Anyway I preceded to the escalator to go the first floor with my new card and I went online, really the side of a line to retrieve my coupon (successfully). I fumbled with the chain that I had to put my card in and I left not remembering that I did not take my wallet with me because I was more interested in my brand new red card (my fault). I had a few questions and she answered it efficiently, I got my card back and but I had a tiny coach wallet on the counter with my bank card and she had given me my license back so I assumed that I had placed it back in my wallet. Se quickly told me that I was down graded from a silver card to the red card. I reached the counterand I handed the girl at the counter my card and I.D wanting to find out why I could not get my coupon at the machine. When I arrived I went to the promotion counter by the bus service area because I had to change my card ( down graded to red card). I recently visited here on Sunday April 10th, 2016. I wanted to voice my anger and disappointment of this casino.
